Store Manager (Fixed Term)

Coco Yo is an organic products brand looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a store, leading a team, and ensuring smooth operations while representing a values-led, growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
• Leading, motivating, and supporting store staff
• Ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation
• Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control
• Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation
• Handling cash management, tills, and basic financial reporting
• Implementing company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
• Training new team members and supporting ongoing development
• Monitoring store performance and helping achieve sales targets
• Acting as the main point of contact between head office and store staff

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or store management role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with stock control and retail operations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Practical, hands-on approach to managing a retail environment
• Passion for organic, sustainable, or ethical products (preferred)
