Key Responsibilities
Coco Yo is an organic products brand looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day retail operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a store, leading a team, and ensuring smooth operations while representing a values-led, growing brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Leading, motivating, and supporting store staff
- Ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation
- Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory control
- Overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation
- Handling cash management, tills, and basic financial reporting
- Implementing company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Training new team members and supporting ongoing development
- Monitoring store performance and helping achieve sales targets
- Acting as the main point of contact between head office and store staff

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or store management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with stock control and retail operations
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Practical, hands-on approach to managing a retail environment
- Passion for organic, sustainable, or ethical products (preferred)
