Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a fully remote environment
- Collaborate with hiring managers through virtual meetings to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates using online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate online assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment regulations
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience remotely
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certification CIPD , will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in remote recruitment or virtual hiring is preferred
