• Identify training needs for remote employees

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Certifications in Learning & Development or training facilitation will be an added advantage
• Experience in virtual training or e-learning environments is preferred
