Store Manager (Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a busy One Stop convenience store in Coventry. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring high standards in customer service, team management, compliance, and commercial delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, managing, and developing the store team
• Driving sales, profitability, and key performance targets
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
• Managing stock control, ordering, and merchandising standards
• Overseeing cash handling, banking, and financial controls
• Ensuring full compliance with:
• Health & Safety regulations
• Food safety and hygiene standards
• Age-restricted sales (Challenge 25)
• Company policies and procedures
• Recruiting, training, and performance managing staff
• Maintaining store presentation in line with brand standards

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills
