Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our brand’s reach. This role is not just about managing transactions; it’s about building a community. You will be responsible for driving revenue through wholesale partnerships, corporate catering, in-store retail growth, and local events. The ideal candidate has a passion for specialty coffee, a knack for networking, and the ability to turn first-time visitors into lifelong regulars.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B & Wholesale Growth: Identify and secure new wholesale accounts with local offices, restaurants, and boutique hotels.
- Corporate & Events: Proactively pitch and coordinate catering packages for corporate meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Retail Strategy: Optimize the in-store retail section (beans, equipment, merchandise) to increase the average transaction value.
- Team Leadership: Train and motivate the front-of-house team on upselling techniques and customer engagement to ensure sales targets are met.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local competitors and industry trends to recommend seasonal promotions and new product launches.
- Relationship Management: Maintain high retention rates by providing exceptional after-sales support to wholesale partners and VIP customers.

What We're Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality sector.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally in formal business settings.
Organization: Strong project management skills, specifically with CRM tools or task management software, to track leads and follow-ups.
Passion: A genuine interest in coffee culture and the ability to explain flavor profiles and brewing methods to diverse audiences.
